Although I agree that the terms are reasonably clear here, as Greg says, they could be improved. I think it's great to see a manager allowing for the possibilty of improvement and admitting at least the possibility of a grey area. It makes me ery willing to play there. Recently, and I wish I could remember where, I read T&C that were crystal clear. They had an entire paragraph explaining explicitly that not only would any wagers on excluded games not count toward WR's but that all winnings would be oided should a single wager of any mount occur on any excluded game at any time before the initial WR's were met. These T&C don't quite say that to me.

As for retroactively changing the T&C, he really didn't since "In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Casino Manager will be considered full and final." is also in their T&C. Nice that that clause can sometimes be used in favor of the player.

I think it was a great decision considering he's probably a new player and the casino has a happy customer which is really what it's all about. It's nice to know there is a human being there who listens. Kudos Greg.
