OK, most of you are getting into little semantics... LOL... it is quite clear to all of you that the games are prohibited for the purposes of bonus playthrough and there really isn't any doubt that he broke the rules.

I don't believe in the concept of irregular gambling oiding play because as you pointed out, the casino accepts the bet.
There is no choice in the matter - the online casinos do not have a pit boss monitoring every bet you make, unlike a land-based casino.
The only possible alternative here is to NOT give you any bonus money - then you do what you please.

This rule is just a mutation from the 'excluded from play through requirements' rule. There is no advantage to the casino from excluding the games completely. It makes no sense to oid the winnings due to this.
C'mon, Sirius, this is NOT possible. The T&C is clear. He wagered the bonus on a game which was not allowed. There is NO question of this.
I earn money through an illegal transaction. The police catch me. Do I get to keep my ill-gotten gains?
Sorry - you cannot make any reasonable justification for something like this.

know what you are trying to say but you need to realise that the average result is a loss from playing baccarat. Most of the time he wouldn't almost double his money. Casinos would love players to do what he did (play his bonus and deposit on Baccarat) because he would have lost about $1 more on average than if he just played $1100+ on Keno.
You are wrong. There is no casino on Earth that will allow you to gamble THEIR money on a game which is disallowed and let you get away with it. This is not about house edge. This is about the house allowing themselves to get robbed by just under half of the people undertaking this illegal bet.
For the sake of simplicity, let's say one player wins and one player loses. Both people deposit $50 and get a $50 bonus.
Player one loses. The house wins $50 net.
Player two wins. The house loses $145 net.
Kindly show me why any casino would allow this to happen or even encourage it?
Anybody who has a strong case for this please explain it here - but I know that I cannot see any way that this would be allowed under any circumstance.
But let's discount the arious house edges. The casino says "You can play this coupon only on slots, otherwise you can't have it."
The supermarket says "You can use this coupon on anything but wine, tobacco and cigarettes."
If you try to "cheat" the rules - what in the world do you think is supposed to happen?
Let me say that - in MY opinion - this is the clearest case of bonus ABUSE I have come across. I'm not talking about bonus hunting and just meeting the T&C - that's fine - I'm talking about ABUSE.
If that is not abuse, what is?
