If I get their bonus, I have to wager 40 times the amount. Ridiculous.

So, if you can't help, then don't bother giving stupid comments, I didn't ask for your opinion on bonuses, I asked for good casinos.

Getting bonus is not dumb at all, it's an easy way to overcome the house edge mathematically.
I think your definition of "good casino" means good support, fast payout or fair games. In that case people have given you plenty of good casinos out there. Check casinomeister.com for more.
If you really want to win money from casinos without bonus, it is only possible when you are playing games with "player edge" such as single deck BJ in Boss Media or fully pay loose decus.
Don't bother if you are playing slots.
