These are my favourites Fry - excellent in terms of customer service and prompt payments. All have been around a while and get favourable player reviews.
In no particular order:
iNetBet (RTG) - same or next day refunds to Neteller. Modest monthly promos. You will though have to send a faxback form. Only RTG you can trust.
Trident Lounge (Microgaming) - withdrawals only go into a pending state for 24 hours here (some MGs can be three days) and then around 2-3 days to hit Neteller. Decent signup bonus and weekly draws for being online and playing, also a lotto.
Aces High (Microgaming) - pending state 48 hours for withdrawals, but usually processed quickly after that. Regular promos, some by invitation only.
Cherry Casino & Casino Domain (Netentertainment) - both have monthly $30 bonuses for a $100 deposit, and frequent match bonuses too. Payment's to Neteller take one business day.
Intercasino/William Hill (Cryptologic) - blackjack can be frustrating as hell at times but that's the gamble! Nonetheless both offer monthly bonuses and a cheque normally takes around 7-10 days to arrive.
Personally I'd steer clear of any Playtech, OddsOn and Chartwell casinos - I have reservations about the fairness of the games.
