But that is an interesting observation, Antoine - would you care to elaborate? Which casinos do you know have affiliates in the $100K a month bracket?
Referback does, and they advertise it when you go to their site. Of course you know Referback handles affiliates for Gaming Club, Riverbelle, Lucky Nugget et. al.
Also, I believe that Focalclick (Sands, 49er, 1on1) have also listed affiliates making this kind of money.
