*That Angelciti has passed on player confidential information to stock marketers
*That Angelciti omits important related party dealings in their press releases, esp. with respect to Omega Ventures
*That Angelciti consistently fails to inform potential investors of its poor competitive position in the industry, that is, relying on licensed non-exclusive software.
