Since they are subject to penalties for 1) freezing funds without a court order 2} telling the player a report was filed and 3) probably lied about not revealing the player's identity if a report actually was filed, is the Antigua Gaming Authority going to assess any penalties? Do they have a reason for not doing so? Can casinos not obey the Act with no fear of reprisal? If penalties are assessed for mis-use of the Act, is that publicly available? I would think they certainly deserve at least a nominal fine for revealing to the player they filed a SAR report.
