Actually, you can cash in if you don't wager enough for the weekend promo but they remove the bonus (according to the terms). The bonus is automatic though for all purchases at the weekend so you can't really opt not to have it.

I'm not sure but I don't think the requirements are carried over if you lose the bonus and deposit and you deposit again during the week.

During the promotion period though, if you lose the deposit and bonus on your first purchase of say $200 and then deposit another $200 at the weekend for another bonus, the terms suggest you are still liable to get the bonuses from both deposits removed (even though you lost the first deposit and bonus) unless you wager enough for both purchases. So it would make sense not to deposit the second time until the next weekend promo but they might carry over the requirements from the first deposit that was lost although it isn't in the terms.

" Players must wager the qualifying purchases and bonus at least FIVE TIMES during contest period before any cashin of the bonus will be processed. "

I think people who want to play at the weekend without the bonus and wagering requirements will be confused by all of this. I suppose the players could leave the bonus in their account (!) but if they lost the bonus as well as their deposit it's not clear whether they would be liable to get the bonus deducted again at a later date. They might think it was safe to lose the bonus, but could have it deducted again later.

The main point is that they take a long time to pay some people. I think they need constant deposits from these promos because they are low on cash. I don't know what all these forms they are asking me to fill in are for and why they are reversing cashins and locking accounts randomly.

The promos aren't really that bad and I've no idea if they are really losing that much money (they must have done in the past though with some promos) but it doesn't explain why it takes them so long to process my cashins and send to Paypal.

It should be able to be done automatically with no effort because it's just a matter of adding up the wagering from the weekend deposits and processing it if the requirements are met and deducting the bonus if they're not. It doesn't even require staff.
