(The above mentioned dispute with maxmax involved a different promo. If I understand correctly, it was left to Casinomeister to resolve. That was my suggestion to them at the time, but since he had already registered a complaint with Bryan it was probably always going to happen that way, my advice notwithstanding. In the end, since the player did not actually receive the offer from the casino directly he was judged not to be entitled to the winnings.)
Thanks to everyone for their help in this long drawn out affair: time to put it to bed at last:
Bryan Bailey - for handling the initial complaints and mediating the final resolution.
Jetset (Brian Cullingworth) - for his dogged and unsolicited assistance throughout -without which I'd have most likely given up - and for keeping the matter up to date with his Infopowa articles which generally helped to apply the right pressure in the right places.
Messers Del Sol and Lee from Angelciti - for coming on board at the eleventh hour and whipping the whole resolution through in pretty much record quick time. Job well done, fellas.
Cindy Carley - for attempting to mediate a resolution that seemed ery close to success at one point but which didn't quite make it in the end - and for couching her displeasure to her GPWA members in sufficiently strong tones as to most likely cause a re-thinking of one or two affiliate relationships within that organization.
Mary Snyder - for posting and providing insight into all those financial releases that I couldn't make head nor tail of (and still can't), and for her assistance in otherwise generally keeping the matter up to date with the rest of us.
To all the other webmasters, players and interested outsiders who leant their support along the way. Much appreciated all round.
