I'm sure that was riveting. Points of interest to players:
*Angelciti does not have enough money to switch over to the Futurebet software.
*Angleciti does not use the Futurebet software, even though it markets it. (In software talk, they do not "eat their own dog food.")
*AngelCiti may be breaking their contract with Montana and lose use of the RTG software.
*Angelciti cannot afford to have redundant servers for backup.
*Angelciti claims to be complying with IGC Code. (Hah!)
*AngelCiti has only one customer.
*The President of Angelciti is also the President of Baroda, the Costa Rican corporation that hosts AngelCiti. Hence, George has control over Angelciti's resources; ie.e., the shareholders of this publically traded company would not be able to exercise some of the usual rights accorded shareholders in the event of conflict.
