For everybody who said, "We weren"t warned", I say,
"Bite me. I freakin' told you so. What part of "Borrowing from their landlord" don't you understand?"
OK, I just had to get that off my chest.
Now, as to the potential as a stock fiddle, they had a split in January so actually the price of the stock went to a high of $4.40 from a low of 70 cents.
As for getting help from RTG, AngelCiti does not desperately *need* RTG's software. They can use the Futurebet software if they want to. This would imply that RTG has limited power in making AngelCiti expend money.
That AngelCiti has not switched software implies that they are content with their revenue flow using it (as it overcomes all common sense in gamblers. ahem ahem).
Their next SEC filing will be ery interesting. Have they been paying RTG or has RTG been carrying a balance for them? Have insiders been able to take advantage of the increase in stock price? What salaries have the executives been collecting?
