I do not agree with your comparison of Angel Citi to the Virtual/Prism group. In my experience, the Virtual/Prism group has ery confusing bonus terms but they (eventually) pay winners. The terms of this AngelCiti email offer seemed quite clear, but they apparently do not pay winners. [...but let's not turn this into a Virtual Casino thread!]
