No doubt about it. You where cheated. Does anyone have any leaverage with this group?

One would have to assume the trap was intential until some explanation is made and reparation paid. And one would have to assume that the rest of the games are not straight.

Accordingly, the group would have to be listed as rogue, IMHO.
