The 4-site limitation is actually a limitation on how many accounts you may open from one single PC (not on how many different poker clients you may install).

So a simple solution is to download the poker client & signup from a different PC (even if it's a PC you never use, i.e. a friend's PC). Once you're signed up you can install the client on your own PC & login fine. I've joined about 10 IPN sites & all the clients are installed on one PC.
