I have completed 293 raked hands, however, when I talked to live chat, they said to generate $25 rake per every $5 bonus released up to $25 ??

I have the same problem. The live support keeps going in circles and don't give us straight answers. They make things up such as "this was in the T&C when you signed up" but there was no such T&C. They are giving us false advertisment.
