Whether maxfalcon believe it or not: Del Rio and Tropez are NOT (at least not anymore) a serious and reputable group.

If the casino’s automated system detects a so-called “history of abusive bonus activity” at Del Rio or another casino, Del Rio will lock your account. Of course the casino has the right to deny letting a player open an account or deny offering a player further bonus after they have paid the player.

But it’s characteristic that Del Rio uses arguments about “abusive bonus activity” retrospective. In my case Del Rio let me open an account, deposit and wager, but when I tried to cash in after I had fulfilled the wager requirement, the casino returned the deposit and confiscated my bonus and winnings with the argument "while processing your withdrawal, it has been found that you have participated in gaming practices in the gaming industry that the casino has deemed abusive and as a result has rejected your withdrawal, returned your initial deposit, and closed your account".

The fact is that Del Rio is a typical rogue casino.
