Playtech casinos will lock you if you have won from more then 2-3 playtech casinos. At that point they dont allow you to create accounts at any of the others.
So if you decide youd like to use their signup bonuses at all of them, id recommend creating accounts at all of them, before playing any, because that way you wont get locked out, as they dont lock out existing accounts, only you to create new ones.
