I opened a brand new account with Casino Del Rio, and it was immediately LOCKED by their system. WHen I called customer service, they had no explanation for me... saying that it could be for "various reasons", possibly for me having trouble with other online casinos. I have never been locked out before. The only thing I can think of is that I made a whopping $50 or so off their sister, Tropez. If that's the reason, then this group is to be avoided.
