A single contract for a specific article is not the same as a license to reproduce other works from the same source. Is that really your opinion?

I already *did* quote my sources, Mary, back on the first page of this thread. Given the fact that you're not an attorney, your "interpretation" or "opinion" of the law is just that - an opinion. And given the fact that I highly doubt you've ever dealt with this issue before, and that your "opinion" is in direct conflict with 4 other intelligent, experienced portal owners in this thread who *have*, I don't believe your "opinion" carries as much weight.

I don't really need to explain contract law to you, do I? It's pretty much common sense derived. I.E. - You pay for something - it's yours. There shouldn't really be any questions there.
