I mean it took atleast half an hour of explaining from me for the support person to understand that i am trying to say i am 60€ short. I have also send 2 emails.
Their support hasnt given me the 60€ back, and they didnt even reply to my emails.
The live support is totally clueless. I mean do they really put 6 year old childs to do their support, because thats the experience i have had with about 3 hours of talking in support for loysy 60€.
Should i give up, or does anyone have an email of some kind of manager or something, because their support isnt getting me anywhere..
I would post my conversation here with their support, but im not sure can i.
