I don't know why you wouldn't. I have not seen so much nonsense since BJ21 canned its Progression BlackJack page.
Generally, a shuffled deck approximates randomness in the true sense of the word. Ask Stanford Wong, John May, Don Schlesinger, or any other notable BJ professional and they will tell you the same. As a matter of fact, you can pick up a copy of Wong's professinal Blackjack where there is a rather extensive test.
If this game were dealt in Las Vegas it would behave exactly the same. BlackJack games are simulated routinely now.
The standard of fairness you give is nonsense. If a land based casino salted extra 5s into a 6 deck shoe, the BlackJack Player still has a chance of winning. The game is never the less rigged and the casino will lose its license.
This is ery simple. Either the cards are random or they are not. Whether they are not because the RNG is faulty or the code is faulty or there is an intential manipulation is neither here nor there.
And you cannot be a Casino Player Advocate and advocate anything other then total randomness - in the cards played. There are no excuses although there may be explanations of unintended errors.
I am not sure this game isn't random. PWC says that it is and that they tested the output - not just the RNG. But if it isn't, then cheating a little bit is not a defense.
