Both the 'Meister and I had a go at Chartwell people during the Montreal conference but we didn't really get too far.

Bryan will speak for himself, but in my case I pressed Dave Acorn who is a VP at Chartwell and in effect he shrugged the problem off on the grounds that their policy remains "hands off" when it comes to failed casinos and they will accept no responsibility.

He did comment that Carib had been owned by a gaggle of lawyers, and that Chartwell had also been taken for a ride and was seeking those responsible.

I've tried several email approaches to the corporate HQ in Canada, too but it seems they don't answer emails with problems in the content!

Six Gun went through a management change which resulted in a few cases I was assisting being switched to one J. Lymenstone who would never give anything but a hotmail address for God's sake. He made all sorts of promises to pay the five or six players I was helping (it wasn't even a large amount - less than $2K) and reneged on them all before disappearing back under the rocks he clearly came from.

Again I could get no response from Chartwell.
