The max coinage on 4 line JoB is 5 dollars. Since you can bet up to 5 coin per line, it would be 4x5x4=100 per hand.
Doulbing means when you win, you can double your winning by select a card that is higher than the dealers. Of course if your card is lower than dealer's you loose your winning. This "doubling" game has no house edge at all and bet on doubling counts towards wager requirement.
Your goal is not wager requirement and you can set it to anything you want. I'd suggest you set your goal to be 2x-4x the total balance.
Once you reach your goal, you might want to secure your winning. Bet small will allow you to secure your winning while you finish the wager requirement. Of course you don't have to play anymore if you have finished the wager requirement while you "bet big". I'd suggest you take the opportunity to "double up" whenever you can because doing so will lower the house edge. (there is no house edge on "double up") If you play 5 cents coinage at 4 line JoB, you are actually playing at $1 per hand. (4x5x0.5=1) Whenever you win less than $2, you can try to double up your winning without exposing your bankroll to extra risk.
