Bart, I just want to assure you of the following:

1. We don't want players to spend more than they can afford. We close or set limits on the accounts of those who we feel cannot control their play. Setting limits is not profitable for us, but in some cases instead of cutting off the compulsive gambler all together and pushing him to a casino where he does not have a relationship and is not known for his problem gambling, we prefer to give him a controlled place for limited gambling and we monitor these players closely. The amount of money we turn away is staggering. However, any sensible casino operator knows that this money is worth not earning. Too much pain and suffering comes with it. This may sound too melodramatic, but I could not find another way to say it.

2. Bonus is given in direct correlation to the player's gaming action. I think it is fair to say that those who spend more should get more bonuses. This does not mean that we are pushing compulsive gamblers to spend more. I see your point, though, and I appreciate it.

3. The WR are liberal and we intend to keep them that way. As I said above, we are learning a lot from these exchanges and I will make sure that before an account is closed the member is given an opportunity to play without receiving bonuses and promotional letters.

4. If the Bonus is promised in return for fulfilling the terms of the promotion, there is no way it will be denied by us. There has never been a case like that. On the contrary, we often granted bonuses to those who didn't meet the requirements due to an honest mistake or a mix-up with hours.

5. Each of our promotions has different rules. We may grant a bonus in return for a deposit, we may return the portion of player's losses, or give a bonus based on the wagered amount, and so on. The player almost always has a choice.

Trader 1.1: I don't have facts as I don't know your details. I just guessed as what might have happened. If you want to send me your details, I will check your case. Who knows, may be after that you'll also send me a Smilie like Caruso did ;-).
If you are talking about the web site, as I explained, it was changed when the newsletter was sent. Later the old info appeared again by mistake and was replaced as soon as it was spotted.

The fact is that we do support winners and do encourage players to share their concerns and oice their disagreements. I think we have proven this over and over.

What we are not good at, I must confess, making a big deal when our players win. With all that advertising, somehow we fail to announce our huge payouts. And they happen daily. Again, it would be outright stupid, if not suicidal, for us to upset our winners and fail to listen to our members.
