I do not remember any newsletter about rule changes and have deleted all my CON correspondence now that my account has been closed. Maybe I just missed it. Maybe there was a problem with the newsletter on your end.

I accept your decision as final. There are plenty of other places to gamble online. At least you were professional enough to immediately stop sending me more promotional announcements when you closed my account.

Just for the record, I did not notice the rule change on my penultimate isit on April 17. That was "888 day". I deposited $888, received the $88 bonus and $5 in comp points, which would indicate I wagered at least TWICE the required amount. I cashed in $1576--which I consider a nice win.

On April 20 I deposited $1460(that was all I had in my Neteller account) and received a bonus of $146. Again I received $5 in comp points, which would indicate I wagered more than the required $3202. I cashed out $2256--my second good win in 3 days. I specifically remember hanging around to play a few hands at $250 after meeting the wagering requirements.

On April 25 I received the letter about the closure of my account, but the rules question was never answered and the bogus rules were still on your web site. I believe those rules stayed for several more days at least, but since I no longer had a personal interest in what rules you use, I did not continue to check them frequently.

The facts would seem to support a conclusion that you do not tolerate either winners or people who question your mistakes.
