As Casino Manager of VIP I have just recently been alerted to 'Darwin's' complaint and can assure him I will be in contact shortly to resolve this issue to what will hopefully be his satisfaction.
I would also like to emphasise that VIP Casino operates independentely from Peach and InterCasino (Ryan H) and could/should not have been implicated in this matter. VIP Casino has always maintained a fair and generous policy toward its players and though we may have changed some of the promotions essential and important attributes of this nature will always remain!
