I agree 95% with your message. I have already sent in credit card disputes (I used CC on 2 of the 4 CyberCrapper casinos I am locked out of). The other 2 were PayPal. I also intend on contacting PayPal to dispute charges with them. If it is outright fraud (which this seems to be) and enough people complain, PayPal could hold back payments to CyberCrapper. We also can contact WebDollar and do CC reversals on other WebDollar deposits recently made other then CyberCrapper. Since WebDollar admits that thet handle deposits and payments for CyberCrapper they are therfore the ones responsible for holding and distributing our funds. While doing that may ery well lock me out of ALL WebDollar casinos I frankly don't give a damn anymore. Also it might make Webdollar give CyberCrapper a push to pay what is owed. There have been some major (negative) changes with Webdollar recently.
