I have lost all respect and trust for the CyberCroupier family of casinos, and they deserve an immediate boycott.

Based on the limited info available here and on other forums, I believe they have stolen money from players WHO PLAYED BY THIER RULES.

CyberCroupier has pulled a Golden Palace.

As far a Bossmedia goes, the ball is now in thier court. They need to assure player satisfaction by paying these players.
If they do not, I will urge everyone here
to boycott all Bossmedia casinos. (Or just become bonus hunters at all Bossmedia sites)

I have always defended the actions of Bossmedia, since they have always been one of my favorite software manufacturers.

But if they are willing to tolerate this thievery by thier licensee (CyberCroupier),
than a player can NEVER, ever again be sure he will get paid at a BOSS site.

Its time to put your money where your mouth is, Bossmedia, and DO THE RIGHT THING.

CyberCroupier has emailed players again and again and again with thier promos from all 5 of thier casinos for the bonus.

Players followed thier rules.
Players met the terms/conditions.

CyberCroupier is stealing players money because they are accusing players of iolating the "spirit" or the "intent" of the promo. They are accusing players of iolating unwritten rules.

This is irtual highway robbery.
