The blackjack feels ery fair (though I'm not a particularly actuarial gambler), and the customer service has been reliable and capable. The payouts take no longer than 24 hours, including over the weekend, which is something of a rarity. The software is a touch clunky and dark, but a decent cash-in will typically result in my overlooking a place's aesthetic drawbacks (see, e.g., Crockfords).
