I have a theory why there is no reply. It is based on my own experience as a ictim of Crypto software malfunction. Long ago some money, about $100, suddenly disappeared from my casino account at a Crypto casino due to their server crash. I sent a lot of emails to Ecash, crypto and the casino itself but never got a neither reply nor acknowledgement from the first two. Finally, several weeks later the casino refunded me the funds hinting that they did it out of their own money due to the lack of response from Crypto.

My idea is that software malfunction is no fault of Intercasino, it could only be handled by Cryptologic. The casino has surely contacted Crypto on this matter but got no response. Ryan is ashamed to admit that Intercasino is ignored like anybody else, while $1,500 is quite a sum to reimburse it from the casino funds.

So, there is neither response nor refund.
