Many never even think of it. Many you don't even have a way to reach. Many could care less. I am quite sure the majority of sites advertising casinos not only would not do it, they have no way to do it. The casinos don't listen to them anymore than they do to you.
I'm sorry, I have to disagree with a lot of that. MOST portal owners I know will mediate for their players, and many will even do it for someone's else's player; and even other affiliates. If you're any kind of producer for that casino, the casino certainly does listen.
That post would have been more appropriate in the thread about portal owners in "The Right Answer".
