I once had an issue where a casino double paid me and asked me to return the money. I couldn't do anything at the time as I was on holiday, but I told them I'd see to it within a few days. Later, lo and behold, it transpired that the casino weren't happy about that, contacted NT, asked for the money back, and NT sent it!

Pretty terrifying when you think about it.

(I should add that apart from that serious glitch, I think Neteller are the best thing since sliced bread for OC transactions.)

Neteller did that to someone I knew too!! The casino called and said they paid HER by mistake and neteller gave the casino the money!! THAT IS REALLY SCARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
