I was just on the live chat opn the website and the person didn't know anything about danish players being disallowed. Maybe you should try speaking to rich now. Something interesting came up though:

you: refused to pay winnings
rich: Not true.
you: from a danish player
you: but he said the rules changed to disallow danish players after he played
rich: I have no knowledge of this.
you: when did u stop allowing danish players?
rich: We had some issues from casino games that were defective
rich: and paid out huge amounts.
you: how were they defective?
rich: But we are honoring these, even though we do not have to.
you: really?
you: what games were they then? shouldn't the software manufacturer pay?
rich: giving out a whole deck of cards after a single card was dealt.
rich: f queen of spades ets
rich: we hope to have some help from them yes
you: i don't understand what u mean? what game was it?
rich: we lost 10K in 6hours
rich: Video poker i believe
