At this time I had over $17000 in winnings. After 1 week or so I wanted to stop and request a cashin for $11000. What I got was only $205 and the rest ($10695) was approved by manager. Still I hasnt seen anything of the money.
All my documents was approved: see copy

So I dont understand how a casino can threat their customer this way. Soon they will have no customer left.

You are well aware of what transpired and I see no reason for this attempt to sling mud at us. You won this money off a free chip and then preceded to deposit and take another bonus on it. As per the rules on our website :

"Maximum payout on a free chip is five times the amount of the chip after meeting playthrough requirements. Your account balance will be reduced to zero after making the withdrawal. Any real money deposits and bonuses on those real money deposits will of course remain unaffected."

Hence we zeroed out your account and sent you $ 205 immediately and left the deposit ($ 100) + bonus ($ 550) = $ 650 in your account which you then played with and lost.
