Although I lost my depoit and winning before they gave me permission. I sent a polite complaint and guess what I got?

So I got $25 extra and it's in my account even on Saturday! Their generousity really make me blush that I sent them any complaint at the first place.
Also I got their permission to post here. I always think it's rude to post the communication between me and casinos here unless I have their permission.
Since KX is too busy to explain how the ariance will help us on sticky bonus, I'll do the honor.
Suppose you have 2 games with 100% return, one is 25% of win and you win 4x your bet another is 50% of win and you win 2x your bet.
With 50/50 sticky bonus, if you play game 1 with 100 bet, the profit is:
25%x(400-50)-50=37.5
with game 2, the profit will be:
50%x(200-50)-50=25
Suppose we have game 3 with no ariance at all (such as bet ery small) what will happen?
100%x(100-50)-50=0
no profit at all.
When you play sticky bonus you want to create as much ariance as possible to maximize your winning. Of course you still have to take house edge into consideration.
However you also have to think how much risk you are willing to take.
Normally sticky bonus is not suitable for people with small bankroll or not mentally prepared.
