It looks to me that this casino is being started by former employees of Kiss and Maxibet.

I had a funny thought. Not that this is the case here, but, as we know, the "casinos" are really just offices with software. What if some employees from different functions decided to start their own casino and just installed it along with their employer's databases, etc.? Like smuggling in their own casino?
