DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE!!!
After writing them an email explaining how rediculous thier payouts are, and explained my losses in detail to them (as i have pasted below). I recieved a response that said they checked out my account and everything was as it should be AND that I should check Price Waterhouse Coopers for thier payout percentages...THATS SO FUNNY...I checked Price Waterhouse Coopers and THEY HAVE NO RECORD.
I am an avid online gambler & I have won a lot and lost a lot over the years, but the losses here are unlike ANY casino I have ever incountered. I would NEVER (before today) complain to a casino about losing because it happens and thats why its called gambling, I know that, but the losses were so unreal that my husband and I started to make bets on whether I would even hit a win (even the smallest) in less than 15 spins. Heres how my play went and you tell me if this doesnt sound like crap...
My first win was on my first spin $20 on a $3 spin at "wow"...I was so excited and then...
cash splash 44 $3 spins ($132) only 9 wins (all cherries $6) now that can be looked at as bad luck right, but then look at how the rest of it went. This is the exact order of how I played and how many spins each time before winning ANYTHING......................

flower power 16 $3 spins ZERO wins (spent $48 to win NOTHING)
flower power 17 $.75 spins won $1.75 (spent $12.75 to win $1.75)
flower power 18 $.75 spins won $7.50 (spent $13.50 to win $7.50)
big top 13 $.45 spins won $1.25 (spent $5.85 to win $1.25)
big top 19 $.45 spins won $1.00 (spent $8.55 to win $1.00)
big top 20 $.45 spins won $1.25 (spent $9.00 to win $1.25)
big top 16 $.45 spins won $. 75 (spent $7.20 to win $ .75)
big top 22 $.45 spins won $1.00 (spent $9.90 to win $1.25)
big top 24 $.45 spins won $3.55 (spent $10.80to win $1.25)
cash clams 19 $3.00 spins won $6.00 (spent $57 to win $6.00)
ok now if you think its just bad luck, the above is 185 spins total. Out of 185 spins I won 9 times????????? THATS CRAZYYYYY!!! I think you can see here why PWC has no info on them, they are probably too scared to post fake payout percentages because way too many people would call them on it. Now I could see 5 to even 10 strait losses and even more at times, but this was the most rediculous crap I have ever seen. I dont mind losing IF I get to have fun winning enough to play longer than just what I brought in. Whats funny is that I had $65 to start with and after it was all said and done and my money was gone, I had earned 13 points in my casino rewards!!! So in the email I wrote them I said that if $65 gets me 13 points, and to earn $10 from casino rewards I need 10,000 points ...yeah thats a reachable goal wooohooo all I have to spend is another $5000 to get my $10 reward!!!

well, off to spend my money elsewhere
