typical bait and switch. HAMPTONS/PORTOFINO did the same thing to me last year except they GAVE me the bonus manually after they told me to deposit.

If the casino says they'll give you the bonus, they should give you the bonus. In this case they gave you the bonus just didn't let you redeem it - same thing. I could say "Always wait until things are in the clear" but as what happened to me, there's no guarantee.
