I deposited $50 for the match and played my $50 to nothing while waiting for the bonus, because support told me it may take a few hours but I will get it. The points DID show up in my casino rewards account, but they wouldn't redeem, so I contacted support again. They said they will check up on it and get back to me. They never did. I contacted them again, and their support said this:

This is total bait and switch. I'm ery pissed. I played my deposit in a way that I wouldn't have played it if it wasn't for the bonus I was PROMISED. I'm outraged! What should I do?
