Yep going through a process with Aspinalls now. Won over a dime playing roulette and sent them my info, called back today and they said call back monday. What a joke. Question for all is that I made a withdrawal minus my bonus.
You might be in some trouble with this one if you accepted the sign up bonus at Aspinalls. It says in their terms that: " Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, and Sicbo are excluded from this promotion." If you played Roulette with the bonus I highly doubt they'll let you cash out as you did not comply with their terms.
