i am new to online gambling, i just started about a month ago. i played at casino tropez about 2 weeks ago, wagering $9600 for a $200 bonus and losing a small amount of my deposit in the process. i played 4 line ideo poker at $20 per hand. i liked their software and they paid me fairly quickly so i decided to try their 10% neteller bonus also. i deposited and tried to claim the bonus and they sent me this.

Our automated system has declined your request for a bonus. This may be due to
abusive bonus activity.

The following is a statement directly from our "Terms of Use":

"Casino Tropez reserves the right to refuse or rescind the bonus for any reason
including, but not restricted to, player abuse. In case of abuse, Casino Tropez
reserves the right to discontinue player's membership and to prevent the player
from accessing Casino Tropez in the future".

We do appreciate your interest in our casino and hope to see you at our tables.
However, we cannot credit any future bonuses to your casino account

how could they claim abusive bonus activity??? i lost money on the 1 other bonus i got from them and playing ideo poker at $20 a hand i could have easily lost a lot more money! they obviously just do this to everyone!

Casino Tropez is dishonest, stay away from them!
