Unfortunately I have had the same, 'we cannot see the address on your utility bill' stalling emails too, and this was only to close my account with the excess that could not be refunded to my card - $16!!!!!
The reason i closed my account - crap customer service, I can easily play elsewhere Golden Palace!!!
Still waiting on payment since I stated this process in late October
