When they first started out I guess they had some problems.
A couple of years ago seemed to be the best time to play them, great support, great bonuses, it was a pleasure. In my opinion they were the best.
Lately, things seem not too great with that group. I personally have experienced dragged on payments with perfect scans of my ID and utility bills.
And rude customer support. Not sure why, maybe Montreal is being affected by the cold or something.
