I don't believe David is the type to do something just for the sake of appearances. He could prove me wrong but I don't think he will LOL.
Yes, a lot of the problem actually belongs elsewhere - but David stepped in to make sure that any problems would cross his desk, so naturally I would expect him to take care of these things
In the meantime, Playtech operators may want to seriously consider hiring their own customer support staff since the central operation is clearly not up to handling the load.
