This is not an isolated incident and is happening with numerous Playtech casinos: Tropez, Del Rio, Vegas Red, Casino King, Casino Las Vegas and the list goes on. If Playtech feels that this is acceptable practice for their liscencess then they belong in the same tainted category as RTG.
The Playtech organization is abundantly worse than RTG ever thought of being when it comes to responding to emails. Additionally, if the Playtech organization is not aware of these happenings, then they've got their head buried in the sand even deeper than any of us have thought.
In my personal opinion this "BS" is starting to look as though the Playtech organization is totally involved in condoning this thievery. Have a good one.
