A good friend of mine was denied winnings based on bonus abuse on egasred casino. He met all the wagering requirements of 8x deposit and bonus, and withdrew an amount that was higher hen his deposit. (THE BONUS IS NOT EVEN WITHDRAWABLE). Actually he wagered atleast 10x both his deposit and bonus, on ideopoker which is allowed for the bonus wagering.
Casino just said:
Before processing your withdrawal request we have noticed a pattern of bonus
abuse in your game sessions.

Due to this we have subtracted the bonus money that was given to you and your
winnings. We will be processing only your original deposit.

We are truly sorry if there was any misunderstanding but we are obligated to
follow the company's policy.

The following is a statement directly from our "Terms of Use":

"The Casino reserves the right to refuse or rescind the bonus for any reason
including, but not restricted to, player abuse. In case of abuse, the Casino

This is the most total bull... that i have ever heard, the bonus itself is not even withdrawable, and they didnt even pay he his winnigs, is there anything anyone can do? Actually so far he hasnt even recieved his deposit back.
