Hi,
I wanted to ask for some opinions concerning the following experience with INetBet this week.

I've been playing at INetBet for nearly a year, mostly ideopoker, and I have lost a ton of money. After losing some money to them again in January they sent me a mail stating that they give me a bonus of 5$. No special conditions were quoted. I also still had some change in my account and continued to play ideopoker (Double Jackpot Poker). After a few hands I held queen and jacks of hearts - and got the ace, the king and the 10 of hearts. My first royal ever!! (After more than 85,000 hands online at several casinos). I was totally excited and cashed out the 1,000$ immediately, called a friend and made plans for my coming acation.

I slept with a smile and was happy that I finally got a royal and a big hand at INetBet after waiting for that so long - until I got the e-mail the next morning in which was stated that they are ery sorry, but that the maximum one can withdraw from a free money (no deposit) bonus is 10 times the bonus, in my case 50$. They had removed 950$ due to some smallprint. If you ever were hit by a football in your stomach, you know how I felt.

Now, some questions came to my mind.
First, after having a payback of 93% at INetBet playing for nearly a year, I finally got a big hand, which mysteriously came during those few hands when I wasn't able to cash out a lot. Strange coincidence.
Second, I still had some money in my account before they gave me the bonus. Who can say whose money the 1.25$ were that were paid for the hand with the royal. This might be a clever way for casinos: Give a bonus of 5$ and nobody can win more than 50 bucks, while he/she could lose their trousers. If somebody wins more the casino can always claim that it was won with the free bonus.

Although it might be legally ok to take away 950$ according to some smallprint which wasn't sent with the e-mail, I'm not satisfied with it as you can imagine. There was no hint to some limitation of the winnings. Otherwise I wouldn't have played ideopoker, a game in which you hope to win big. That wouldn't make sense. With this kind of bonus a lot of games are unplayable.

So, I would like to read some comments. Is this just bad luck? What should I do?
