I realize that a thread already exists warning that Fortyplus casino, licensed in Costa Rica using Odds-on software, has gone out of business, but the point needs to be made and emphasized that Odds on is refusing to protect their reputation by choosing not to compensate the players of Fortyplus.
This effectively amounts to saying that Odds-on software licenses rogue casinos. If and when these casinos go out of business the players will lose their deposits.
That is a piss poor commitment to protecting your reputation Odds-on. The reputation of a casino is in part dependant on the reputation of the software provider. The reputation of a casino software company is only as good as the reputation of their worst client. It's a two way street. An honest and reputable software provider should take great care in selecting their clients and be damn sure they are financially solvent enough to pay their players. I for one trusted that Fortyplus was a reputable casino strictly based on the fact that they were an Odds-on casino. No longer will I place that trust in Odds-on casinos and I ask players who frequent current Odds-on casinos to consider the security of their deposits if they choose to remain customers. This misplaced trust cost me $2500, an expensive mistake that I urge others not to repeat.
P Gagnon of Odds on has stated the following in the other thread :
FORTYPLUSCASINO has gone out of business. Unfortunately, we have no
other information to give you about them.
Odds On alues its reputation and endeavors to license it's software to
legitimate operators.
Odds On is not related in any way, shape or form with FORTYPLUSCASINO
except as a supplier of software. We do not provide them any services
nor do we have any access to player information. Therefore we are
unable to provide you with any usefull information as to how to retrieve
monies on deposit with FORTYPLUSCASINO.
FORTYPLUSCASINO was licensed out of Costa Rica. For those interested,
we suggest that you try to contact FORTYPLUSCASINO for more information.
Yours truly,

Mr Gagnon, if you have any hope of alidating your claim that Odds-On "values its reputation and endeavours to license it's software to legitimate operators" then you have one option: Pay the outstanding players! Other wise your reputation will be utterly tarnished from here on in.
