I'm sure you're heard of this huge ordeal that passed in our casino industry a few weeks ago when a player called "Pirateofc21" won 1.3 Million Dollars at Hampton casino while playing a ariation of blackjack and a feud ensued between the casino and the player where the casino claimed the player cheated and the player of course wanted his money.

In our business, players file complaints against casinos with the casinomeisters, online gaming commissions and the like everyday. Some are legitimate, some are not. These complaints can at best damage the reputation of a particular casino. There has never been one single complaint that has shook this industry at it's heels. I personally believe that if the Hampton - pirateofc21 saga had not been resolved our industry would have been scarred forever.
That is why we stepped up to the plate and resolved this feud.
We hereby declare that Connect To Casino has purchased Hampton casino and settled with 'pirateofc21' ending the most gruelling ordeal ever in the history of this business.
I believe this fiasco has taken a toll on our industry. Ours is an industry that prides itself on self regulation. Some scars have disappeared already in this fast paced world of cyberspace. But some will take a while to heal. And they will heal only with straight forward policies like fast payouts, fair games and fabulous customer service. Rest assured, Connect To Casino will continue to lead the way in this regard. At this juncture, I urge my fellow casino operators to strive to achieve these goals also as it is in our mutual interest to work towards ensuring that these F's of our business are always a priority.
