BH, been reading a lot of good things about Phonenician. As far as Inetbet goes - they're continually rated "Tops" by most people around here, myself included. My history with them goes like:

1st $100 dep. - hit for $800 pretty quick (by 2nd session, won around $300 on BJ and the rest on Keno. Took one afternoon from my request for $500 payout request and getting it in my PPATM account. Can't beat that. Wound up losing the balance though.

2nd $100 dep. - lost it in about 5 sessions.

3rd $100 dep. - between BJ, craps, and Keno - got it up to $600, withdrew $500. Again - got it real quick like. Lost rest.

I made subsequent deposits (100, 50, 50). These, ESP. the last two, went down the tubes REAL quick like. Read on one board that the poster was also losing lately at Inetbet too. Probably just bad luck though, but I did get a little suspicious and stopped playing.

Looks to me that you also like sports? Have you ever cashed out a Wagerstreet? If so, how did they treat you? I played with them awhile mostly because of their RTG casino attachment. Never got my account up high enough to make a withdrawal. Their sportsbetting software SUCKS, to put it mildly.

Briefly, that casino is EXCELLENT in all respects. Sweep your winnings into the sportsbook and withdraw it. Absolutely no problems getting your money with that outfit.
